With a photograph you can capture and immortalise one unique moment in time.
I try to capture that unique moment in a portrait session when everything comes together and in a split second an everlasting image is created.
My portrait sessions are held at my home studio based in Saltcoats, Ayrshire. On arrival at your portrait session, I will discuss with you any requirements you may have and guide you through some simple techniques to help you and your family relax and enjoy the experience. You are welcome to bring a change of clothes to try out other looks.
Once the session is over, the images are posted to the photoshoots section of this website within 48 hours for you to browse at your leisure. You can purchase individual prints without framing or prints can be supplied already mounted, ready to be placed in your own frame. I can also offer a range of frames and excellent quality canvases.
I shoot with high end Nikon DSLR cameras and lenses and strive to keep my equipment up to date to deliver the best possible image quality. I use a Lastolite Hilite for my studio backdrop and Interfit studio flashes take care of the lighting.
